They were just obviously bad with money management.Me being more knowledgeable and learning on this forum and doing multiple lawyer consults and more reading would I do it again NO especially with the judgments in the State of Texas it is difficult to collect on debt bc you can only garish wages for child support so Texas as a state holds a lot of debt.

Syndications can be great, but you really need to know what you're doing, have a great securities lawyer, and be willing to jump through all the hoops.If you could lock down 2 investors willing to put in $200-250k each, that would be easier to structure.
