Out of the 50 times I have called them, they have only answered the phone once.

Did the leads come with phone numbers or just names and property addresses?

During that phone conversation, the HOA manager claimed the paper work they were waiting on had "just showed up". 😐 They said they were pulling permits that same day and by the end of week 9 we'd have a roof.

I know we're coming up on tax day but a return phone call or email doesn't seem like too much to ask for.
