In this market the rent:price is usually around 0.5%, pretty terrible.

I have wholesaled properties like this in the past, but I'd like to keep this one for myself if possible.

All to say this version of house hacking has worked for us four times in a row now and in 3 years we have 4 properties (currently) one in a location we thought we never could afford.

Unfortunately, this is my max budget, and I wouldn't be able to go above this amount at all. 

Is it OK to use HO4 to qualify my umbrella even it's my primary home?
