the interest rate, from my calculation, is a derivative product of M2 growth.The Fed is just so stupid to print money too much in 2020 by a yearly rate of 40%, average growth is 6-8%.

Oh.....And not LA county CA...not do-able....well not with out a crap ton of brute force, last time i checked which was a couple years ago, viewing the property data/tax data required a code that is printed on the actual mailed tax bill that is mailed to the property owner.All in all, scraping a whole state.... not do-doable unless you have a team big enough to account for each scrape....

I agree with Joel things have swung a bit too far in other direction which is understandable.. to a degree.......I have been and am currently being put through the ringer with a top 5 national lender on a small 2 family purchase.They just FINALLY issued me a committment with such crazy conditions that the committment isn't worth the paper it's printed on!!!

As a side-note: I used to use TurboTax to create, print, and electronically file 1099's with the IRS - HOWEVER, TurboTax has now decided we need to buy their $200 version in order to maintain this functionality.
