Does anyone have any CPA firm recommendations, ideally advising RE investors, in the Nashville area?

Hey All,We syndicate money on a deal-by-deal basis for a small group of high-net-worth individuals, and as the title suggests, we are looking for a new regional partner in Nashville to help deal source and run the property management side of things.

I'm also looking at Tennessee (an hour within Nashville, maybe Memphis) and Florida Panhandle but Midwest is at the top of my list. 

However, I am wondering about how we should handle the large deck on the outside of our house that will have a hot tub.  

Another friend's hot tub has been out of commission for over a month while he awaits a hot tub repairman.

We put a hot tub and a fire pit in.
