Instead of the more typical flat concrete roof with waterproofing sealant, this one is built with concrete slab laid on a slight incline, with what look like asphalt/composite shingles over top, and the shingles painted over with a waterproof coating!

Call me crazy, but when stuff hits the fan the thing that will help you most is references, previous landlords notes, job information and discussion, and how they maintain the cleanliness of their vehicle...a credit score is last in my book for a solid tenant and I've had one late payment in 5 years with 14 rental doors.
