Hello Jack I am starting out in real estate and I want to know what is the correct way to set up your first LLC to protect your new and old assets.

When you are setting up your LLC what is the best way to protect your new and old assets.

Assuming same LLC as buyer/seller.

Should I establish an LLC before starting this process?

I am creating an LLC in order to secure funding for our deal, and we will be splitting other associated costs that come along (i.e. for rehab). 

Being a new investor who has flipped 1 property I'm curious about creating an LLC.

A couple quick questions from someone new to the game1- LLC formation - whats the best way to setup my LLC situation with my partner?

The challenge will likely be obtaining bank financing without a track record in the LLC name.  

So I’ve learned that it is a common thing for start an LLC for your rentals properties.

I understand that Pennymac doesnt allow you to switch the deed to the LLC and I am wondering if I can operate my Airbnb business under the LLC, just as I would if the deed was under the LLC, but without the liability protection?
