For personal reasons he needs to move ASAP which requires him to break the lease on his apartment before the term is done.

So, what he sent me was a 10 unit small apartment complex.

Most people move in and out at the beginning/end of the month.When I was younger I was in a terrible apartment and I did a mid-month lease, but I paid up the full month at the previous place, and the full month at the new place.

I am a young professional currently working in the Houston Texas market in O&G. 

I have replaced several million square feet of siding and have probably 3 to 4,000,000 ft.² of roofing  covered in Houston and surrounding areas.

Thus you can take advantage of writing off 100% of expenses instead of larger improvements ($20 k roofs on apartments) etc. 

Up in NW Houston in the lower price ranges, it's a heated sellers market.

You can try to find a home with a apartment in it and live in 1 part of the home and rent the other part.

Through Multi-Family Investments(4 Units), and Small Apartment Complexes.That being said, can you all provide feedback regarding the "completeness" of my Knowledge Base?
