I'm looking to have it to use as a database for property management contacts, flip leads, commercial brokers, multifamily owner leads, general real estate investing, direct marketing/buying houses to flipe etc...

I tried asking the county and the title office and their database are not able to verify all the records associated with an address, rather just the recorded entity. 

I was just recently looking into some real-estate specific CRMs and other database & project management systems to help my organize and execute on my projects.

@Gary Freidman ,There is no database of lifespans of CapEx from various eras of construction that I know of.  

You see, I'm not here to support or enable poor practitioners of real estate especially those who think they already know things and then ask how to employ a tactic they know about.

And for this, I am interested in understanding if in addition to TK providers that I am already working with, can folks on this forum recommend a few realtors who have a good relationship with property management to enable me to look at a few deals.
