Is there any way to make that a little deeper?

All,I am diving in the pool of real estate investing.

I found one that broke it down by decade but didnt go any deeper to see any dips or spikes.

I am diving into the RE game full force as I am mastering the art of acquiring homes at steep discounts and dishing them out to cash investors. 

I have a little bit of experience with a single rental property I held for three years and recently sold in May of this year because the Market was prime for selling but I have the bug again and am looking to dive back into the Real Estate world.I've been listening to a lot of the bigger pockets podcasts and am ready to put my inaction aside and go for my goals to provide for a more secure future for me and my family. 

I'm ready to dive into REI starting with wholesaling.

How could I convince someone if I had no previous experience and this is my first dive into the waters. 

It goes a little deeper then knowledge and discipline.

I am ready to start networking and dive in.

I have a growing list of services in the works and can't wait to dive in!
