As with most area of North Jersey, transportation to NYC is key. 

Plus, I'd have to hire someone with wheels and muscles to transport it - that's $75-100.....Thanks for the suggestion though.

Some of the biggest commercial rental units in Boston charge between $50-100 for pet fees per month if they allow pets at all.
