Hi Ron,Maybe it's a clogged air vent pipe on the roof.Maybe the chrome disk stoppers in the bottom of vanity sinks are screwed too low ( renter can try screwing them higher with fingers)Maybe the inside pipe stopper on the bath tub (and/or the vanity sink) (that little lever to close the drain), is too low when open, in the hidden part behind the tub (secretly blocking the water flow)--a plumber can fix that.Good Luck!

might be more than 4.75% if your doing as a STR they will look at air dna stats if it has not be listed long... up to 75% LTV

I ended up buying a tenant a new fridge cost 2K the only issue I found out was a vent that kicks out cold air needed replaced $20 part.

A few quick ideas for increasing your airbnb income are:1) Increase the number of people your home sleeps (pull-out couch, air mattress, etc)2) Furnish the place nicely with some good looking pieces and pops of color3) Hire a PROFESSIONAL photographer for your listing photos if you have not done so already4) Add some amenities for guests like hot tub, pool table, dart board, corn hole, fire pit, etc5) Rewrite your listing title description to be more attractive, get more clicks, and get more bookings
