I am curious to know if anyone has been in a situation where they ha e partnered with someone to use their ability to get an owner occupied FHA loan on a small multi family.

Think E*Trade or Fidelity with different paperwork.

My lot is 100x100 I am located in the middle of neighbor A and B, bordering me on the E/W.The 12x100 piece that Neighbor A own's is to the north of my lot.  

I like the way he teaches the fundamentals of how to think about risk and how to factor in different variables when considering the merits of an investment opportunity. 

I recently called quicken loans and everything seem to be going well until I gave them my schedule E of taxes.

I'm asking to make sure my assumption is right as this is pretty fundamental to my plans!
