Still waiting for the final paperwork thanks to the holiday..which means it will likely be higher.

last year we didn't get a slow down into the holiday season because of harvey, and this year even after all the harvey inventory is dried up we are still pumping out contracts.

Residents crank the heat up in the winter and then open a window to cool off...I am not trying to scare you off, just you need to budget for them.I work with a lot of investors here in Indy.

(Gotta have heat before plumbing when you're staring a Maine winter face....).

During the winter months I move a lot faster on applications than I do in June.

@Ariel Vincent the area we are looking at has a couple universities and is a popular destination for both summer and winter outdoor activities and we know several people who have been successful with using airbnb at their properties.

Hello, my girlfriend and I rent an apartment, we have three kids together, and live in northern Pennsylvania, as it is now "winter" (cold winds, snow, freezing rain, etc.) my girlfriend and I went out and got some heavy duty plastic, and put it up on our front porch.
