I'm wondering whether your friend's next stop should be a chat with a lawyer or an accountant to find out if he or she has any recourse.

When I travel to our STR in Idaho, oftentimes I can't actually stay there due to back to back guests.The last time I was there to get the new cleaner all up to speed on process and where everything is, I ended up staying in and AirBNB that did just that in Spokane.I spent some time chatting with the hosts and they get a real smattering of people.
