Good Afternoon Everyone,

Long time lurker & Podcast listener, 1st time poster.
My name is Jordan C (age 27). I'm a project manager for a construction contracting company.

Originally from Connecticut, currently working out of Oklahoma for the next 6 months or so.  Next project location is unknown.

My background in real estate is very limited.  Currently expanding my horizon with books, podcast and networking.

My goals in real estate include owning rental property by the age of 30.  Have always been hesitant with wanting to buy property out of state with the fear of potential conflicts down the road.

Just wanted to formally introduce myself, hope to chat with more of you down the road to discuss mutual interest and learn.  All questions / criticism is welcomed and encouraged.  Cheers!
