My recommendation is to find a skilled handyman and not only use him to fix what is currently wrong - but take preventative measures as well.

Have the brains and the skill tho.

Some will be a better fit for you, your skills and background.

Hopefully after few years you're interest/skills in real estate grow and you make some connections in the industry.

Negotiating is definitely a skill I want to be great at!

Even though it won't cashflow immediately, you'll be building the skills needed to do this sort of thing.

Then you can actually make money while learning a valuable skill.

(62 down, 938 to go, 50 under contract, 300 under LOI)There are two reasons to partner in my opinion:1) When you don't have something someone else has: money, credit, time, skills, resources.2) When the partnership will help you hit your goal faster and easier.Number 2 is why I partnered with Preston for the 1000 Door project.
