Thank you everybody for your input if by your lender you mean your loan broker this is probably CYA to make you feel good if you violated this stip.. no lender can make you feel good or over ride that clause.. unless its a private mortgage.. if it was packaged up and sold to an investor as an owner occ loan then all of the parties are in big trouble.. the lender would have to buy the loan back.. that's why they are telling you no problem.regardless probably nothing happens.
