Most people opt for neutral tan because it goes with any decor so no potential tenants will run away screaming.

However i am ope to be taught any strategy that will help me develop my investing to be my vehicle to time and money freedom!

You won't lose anyone as there is nowhere else to go and proceeds will be to run the Park properly.The only kicker is to confirm that there are no state regulations that would prevent such a raise.
