Matt,I try to shop for households staples as much as possible at Sam's Club, and fortunately for me I don't have to drive very much to be honest.

Plus, a lousy $300 is not a deal breaker, if it is, you don't really have a deal.As to wholesaling, if you are new, I suggest you first build a large buyers list so that you know what to be shopping for.

You might just be told to shop around for another insurer (or they might see nothing at all wrong with it).

I would definitely suggest calling and talking to the managing broker, unless she runs her own shop.

They do all th eleg work in shopping for your financing and are paid by th emortggae companies.

I was hoping to take up shop and learn as a realtor but I guess if I am being 1099'd the insurance thing could still be an issue.  

The family came to us and we had them shop on the MLS for a home in their price range, we then made an offer on the house that made sense for our monthly P&I payments and a monthly payment the family could afford How did you finance this deal?
