As a rule of thumb, larger homes and better locations are much more valuable in the STR game, but they cost more since they are worth more in the real estate game in general.

Hello BP community, I own a house free and clear which I rent out to my best friend. I've own this house since 2018 an looking to take a loan against it to purchase another rental property. It's not under an LLC. 

Any guidance on this would be awesome, but I feel like I'm in analysis paralysis with some of this stuff.

What makes dollars valuable is the goods and services you can buy with them.

I am super excited about all the possibilities out there and in the process of putting a plan together with the goal of purchasing a rental property in 2022 (Brrrr) but recently i was presented with the opportunity to work for a year with a Property Management company and i am not sure if this will derail me and waste my time or it will help me gain some valuable experience once i start acquiring my own properties.
