**Update: The agent who recommended this company shared my disappointment with the owner of the company who then called me.

we are looking at a $100,000 house updated but still needs about 10-12,000 worth of work but most of that goes into the water heater and new furnace that needs to be installed.

Updated all lighting throughout, paint, exterior and interior, cleaned up landscaping, added new sod and landscape lighting stained all decks, window treatments, kitchen hardware, updated furniture and excellent photos.

Most of the homes we’ve looked at will need at least updating but wanted to know where to start after making a scope of work.

I've love the  UX/UI and the most dumbfounding thing so far is that two different tenant and a vendor figured out how to file maintenance requests, accept work orders, and enter status updates WITH NO TRAINING FROM ME AT ALL! 

We added over 300 sq ft and fully updated the kitchen, added a full bathroom and a third bedroom.

Codes change, updates are required, impactors mitigated, it's a heck of a process.
