Looking for tips/advice
We are looking to get involved in both rentals and flipping. Most of the homes we’ve looked at will need at least updating but wanted to know where to start after making a scope of work. Also any general advice into the business would be helpful. Just looking to get a better idea of what it is like, and especially in the Fox Valley

1. Read the house on flipping and estimating rehab costs by J scott.
2. If you have zero experience, consider partnering with someone who has construction or RE experience
3. How will you fund the deal? Cash, HML, private money?
4. How will you find the deal? Agent, wholesaler, MLS?
