Maybe you could find one that someone else has already put back together - new electrical and plumbing, less long distance headaches.My property managers were helpful with penciling out quotes for updates, while I was investing from out of state.

From what I've found in my research on this unit is that the major repairs have just been completed, roof, updated electrical, etc.The cash flow does work out and the HOA's are reasonable.
