Hi all,

Food for thought. New report from Bright. 

The Philadelphia Metro saw sold listings leave the market in 10 days, the fastest on record. The median sales price rose by a record $40K compared to September 2019.

The following analysis of the Philadelphia Metro Area housing market has been prepared by Bright MLS and is based on September 2020 Bright MLS housing data.
