Since this is becoming a trend for these homes, I have suggested the cheaper composite wood flooring as it is much easier to clean.

My leads trend toward 1/2 first-time home buyers and 1/2 FSBO sellers.

Average rates are trending a little higher since 2013 as the number of bidders has dropped.

Other supply and demand metrics to watch the value and trend ... population growth, unemployment rate, vacancy rate, affordability, etc.I think of things in terms of a "quad chart" ... on one axis you have demand: Low and High.

Based on your current line of employment, I assume there must be some serious economic trends happing there that you see.

I heard interest rates are trending down, so may pay to shop around and a broker could help.

For us it was knowing the market (prices, rents, trends, etc), knowing (and trusting) the numbers, knowing your target renter (preferences, values, desires), knowing the processes (finding, buying, managing, etc.), knowing someone who's made it work, all these things gave us a lot of confidence.
