Hi guys - I am looking to get into the BRRRR space and am looking for some advice from someone who has experience in investing in the Philly area.I'm looking to understand the following better - - What neighborhoods are good to invest in?

Short Term Rental Property, nearby hospitals, furnished to travel nurses.

So these platforms will be looking to teach people how to source deals,  use their experience and soft ware etc.

I plan to start house hacking not too long from now but am currently trying to talk to local investors and talk about there experiences with investing locally.

I suspect we'll get $8-10k of travel a year while putting around $4-5k a month or so on our cards that we pay off each month.  

You want to look for demonstrated experience which is much more important than location. 

In my experience offering GAP loans, I typically charged between 12-15% interest and 3 points due to the loan size.

My goals with the money will be to retire early, travel (I am a Flight Attendant), pay off my parents mortgage, give back to those in need, save money, and be able to do the things I want to do without the burden of constantly worrying about money.
