Now, if this seller is selling you a fully staffed team of cleaners, maintenance people, etc, and there is still $50-100k left over for seller profits, then I would consider paying it, but my guess is this seller assumes the 30 reviews and existing bookings make it worth more money.

It technically violates "due on sale" in the mortgage or deed of trust which allows the lender to call the remaining balance due immediately upon transfer of title - although it's rarely exercised (but you should be aware).

In my case, i had refinanced from one bank to this regional bank.Also, it’s technically considered a Business Line of Credit, using the house as collateral, rather than a HELOC, and you have to roll it over every year-it’s not an “x” year draw then repayment period.
