Are bandit signs a good idea in Denver Colorado are surrounding areas ?

Not much has happened since the last boom in the 1960s, except slow decline.This started to change about 5 years ago: development happens mostly along the lakefront (looks like an ocean if you have never been to Milwaukee) and in the surrounding belt of wealthy counties. 

I wouldn't consider myself experienced (yet) but I'm buying properties in Little Rock and surrounding areas. 

I prefer trulia because it gives pretty good information on the surrounding area. especially in terms of crime.

I am taking a blighted property and restoring it in order to bring up the value of the houses in the surrounding neighborhood.What was the outcome?

We are located in Lancaster,PA and have been looking in the surrounding city's for our first property.

My house is a 3-unit MFH and comps are hard to find because I am surround by mostly SFH.

If you're looking in Old Northeast and surrounding areas like Shore Acres to Snell Isle, it's getting a little pricey, for sure! 

Because of the pandemic we've seen a mass exodus from NYC to Bridgeport, CT and surrounding areas causing considerable price appreciation.
