Total Number of bids for all liens: 2014 - 18,812 2013 - 99,073,789Wow that is a crazy amount of a drop in bids, so apparently the institutional buyers lost the advantage of having multiple accounts bidding and chose not to play on a level playing field.My bigger surprise was in the small amount of winning bidders Number of Investors who won liens: 2014 - 116 2013 - 201

To answer your questions, I mentioned the loan was going to be between 150k and 250k... and mostly is looking like it will settle right there in the middle at 200k.The franchise is of the, um, convenience store variety :) - if that doesn't nearly give it away.I suppose the lien holder would be in first position, as I wouldn't be borrowing from anywhere else.I am going to sit down with my bank today, but was wondering, you don't suppose they care either way whether someone pays off the loan fast or takes the full 3 or 5 years, do you?

SO to our surprise the owner walks in meets and greets tells us what they DID do...cleaned the fridge, mowed and weeded the landscaping (which was a big feat in itself), unclogged the upstairs plumping assured us they would clean up the mess that was left due to that fix(but left the mess for us) clean.
