You'd be surprised how many questions you can think of have already been asked 10 times!

We got a big surprise one year after we had rented out our house for a few years and then sold it.

It may be a little bit (but not much early) for summer rentals but on both Weehakwen and NJ shore but I was very surprised at the high percentage of unbooked days.  

I think the most interesting thing is that those of us who live in South Central PA are surprised that we’re even in the top 50!

My property manager is still charging me the PM fee, which was a surprise. 10% of zero rent is zero.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the large builders buy large tracts of land 10 years or more before they build on them.

The response rate was surprising...

Thanks for everyone. i guess when he purchased the property someone told them, that when they sell they will get whats in escrow as well, but since he sold to me i would think that along with the maintenance, repairs and any other surprises this property comes it, it should also come with the Escrow balance as well!

I was just expecting to get a voicemail but surprisingly, the owner answered.  

I think I am the only person so far that has knowledge and information on an investor package of 26 houses in an emerging market outside of Nashville.
