I am currently a teacher (9 years) and I am definitely interested in changing careers.

@J Scott when we talk about getting started in a career with guru's in the early 60s in aviation magazines it was the same way selling the dream of becoming an airline pilot..

But I do have a full time career that pays well and my risk is minimized because I am not reliant on real estate.
