Did my due diligence and marked the property What was the outcome?

This is simply my high-level opinion as someone that works in the multifamily mortgage banking/lending space that does a lot of business with the GSEs and large National Banks in North Carolina.

Looking for a general contractor in New York City for a commercial space any recommendations?

@Tasia Larri I intended to start with house hacking multi families but do to my circumstances it wouldn’t work with the space we needed for my children.

We hit the year mark in February so I have already marketed the property and am generating interest to support this assumption.

There is a space after the clause for tenant's initials. 

As they're demoing the roof (and making a HUGE mess around the property, tar and gravel roof+ pine needles being thrown around the yard with no tarps), he comes back and tells me that spacing between the decking is too far apart compared to code, and it's going to be an extra $3,500 to redeck the entire roof (could have told me this when he gave me the initial quote, wasn't hard to see that).
