Is there any clear direction there about what happens if a tenant stays beyond the initial lease term?

All at same exact dollar amount and even a copy of the outgoing check.Then I had to write another letter explaining why I had a 10k withdraw and what it was for..... even though it was covered.Then they found my 5/mo withdraw for ING direct (online savings)... had to write another letter explaining it was a savings account and why I didn't send them staments.

I was hoping for a name and maybe a number of someone direct to get a call back.

I think you'll hear a number of stories there similar to your own place in life and they might give you some inspiration on which direction to take.Good luck!

Does your chosen major directly translate into money/job you like?

@Jeffrey H. thanks, from the way that sounds I wouldn't be able to directly take possession, it sounds more like I'd need to sell or auction it off. if that's the case, my thoughts on rehabbing them might be out. 

I'm just wondering if the process functions any different on our end with our realtor since we are communicating/negotiating directly with the sellers on price (how involved does our Realtor get when they are selling it FSBO?)
