The only thing that I ever received was in Excel document containing expenses and deposits.Fast forward to November 2013, after we had served in the condo association a lawsuit for breach of fiduciary duties and subpoenaed the bank statements from Chase (because the association still failed to produce them after being served), we find out that the president of the association had been using the Association funds for personal use (including multiple $300+ cash withdraws, bar and restaurant charges, as well as clothing store purchases and a trip to the spa.

Your PM is striking me as self-serving, which is a far greater issue than being $50 below market rent......If you learn that Section 8 will in fact pick up the extra $50/month, that phone call is time well spent.
