My two question are:Have other agents had similar type offers on any listings? 

I've looked into Guesty (which seems too expensive for what I hear to be awful customer service), Hostaway, Owner Rez, and Lodgify.

You can't purchase it with an FHA loan, but let's assume you could use any type of financing.

We use QB for accounting and Rent Manager for PM (I often feel like it uses us - although there customer service reps are great).

Always have waterproof laminate and other pet-resistant type floors if you allow pets.

It's pretty amusing how I fell for that type of deal back in 2013 during my first investment.
