I'm seeking some advice on a potential real estate investment opportunity, and I'd greatly appreciate your insights.In about 5-6 years, my family and I are planning to relocate to Washington state, specifically in the Bothell/Kirkland/Bellevue area or slightly north of Bothell.

Once I decided to relocate arbitrage made sense considering all of the value add I had done.

My current full time job has me relocating frequently and I do not have much time for travel.Although syndications don’t have the same ROI I like the fact they are more passive and don’t require me to spend as much time visiting/researching locations and dealing with any vacancy issues. 

Some things like, your tenants are buying a home of their own, job relocation, drastic change in the area - obnoxious building, crime, skyrocketing rents, or they need to down or up-size.

Also if the land owner decides not to renew, you will have to relocate the mobile home to a park.

Often times you won't be working directly with an insurance company you will work with a relocation company, like Temporary Housing Directory, to list your property for them to source insurance leads to you.

In fact, we have discussed relocating from NY on many occasions.  

Rents are strong and it's becoming more of a relocation destination for the NYC/Brooklyn type clientele.

The number one objection of employers seeking to relocate their firms to Pueblo is the school district.
