I don't foresee anything that drastic happening, but unless the Governor and local Mayors start attracting larger businesses, the market is going to keep softening and corporate investment is going to keep dwindling given the high cost of property, high cost of labor, high regulation, unfriendly business tax structure, etc., etc.
