Hello, I just received an email for free inspection of energy saving as following:

In order for EASE to be able and provide services, you must review and sign the attached documents and either email or fax them to us at the number below.Please also send the additional documents below (if listed): Remember, the evaluation is FREE and you will be provided with a list of feasible measures that require copay if applicable prior to installation. At any time if you have questions regarding the process please don't hesitate to contact me directly. Want to know anybody have experience with this service? How is it turn out? It keeps on saying "FREE", is there any trick?
