Some of the things I would like to do, move my vehicles or any future vehicles over to the LLC and "lease" them to employees (me and wife), buy material goods such as ipads or other systems for the purpose of enhancing the AirBnB, paying for websites, marketing or other business operations.

In Natomas you have Centene and others bringing in 10,000+ jobs,  the zoo likely moving to the old Arco Arena site,  major warehouse and distribution centers at Metro Air Park, likely light rail to the Airport.  

Typically,for convenience I would keep a set of entry keys for any vacant units in my vehicle at all times, along with a set of Master Keys.

Plus, one of those trains is the commuter rail.

The cost included managers, techs, office space, equipment, fleet services, vehicles, legal cost, insurance, software, and advertising.I own the management company and maintenance company. 

There are too many investment vehicles out there.

I also use State Farm for all my vehicles and two properties.

Consider job stability, length of employment with same employer, personal appearance, interior condition of vehicle, length of time at their present home etc, etc.There are hundreds of characteristics that will distinguish one from another.No two are ever equally qualified certainly not all 4.
