@Dan Barli Class is as expected, erring on the side of caution is the curriculum, but not very productive for investing in rentals.

I think this really impacts product with deficiencies, where last year at this time they were being sold for near top dollar, they are now not even getting the time of day.

I am not talking about crowdfunding sites, but actual funds that are professionally managed that obtain first lien notes on high-quality real estate.
