Your best bet is to request to be reimbursed based on the sellers hindrance of inspection within the proper time frame.

There may be more down the road who have properties that need rehab regardless of what type of investment strategy you implement.Best case scenario is being able to walk through an entire property to gauge rehab costs so you can properly analyze the deal.

The numbers make sense,I have very conservative underwriting and have stressed them for the worst case scenario, the asset is still very appealing, but as you know numbers aren't everything and I will need to properly execute the rehab for it to work.Thank you for the tips on forecasting contingencies and rental comps in the area,  I will also be checking out your page for more tips =)

It's also very contagious.You mention the other factor of why people are dying in Italy is due to their hospitals without proper resources..Maybe this very contagious thing that will require hospitals with good resources to survive at a high rate is something to worry about then?
