I would have to take out a personal loan plus some cash reserves but I honestly think that this deal is worth it.

From everything I’ve heard it’s best to have it under an LLC to separate it from my personal finances.

Hey @Jarrett Fogelman - I personally advise against adding solar panels to your home if you're going into it with the mindset that you'll regain the $$ when you sell. 

When you go to refinance into a long term loan your personal credit score will 100% matter.

Each policy is different so when you call you insurance person ask.Proper, Foremost and many others now offer STR policies.

As for our personal experience in staying in RV park there are quite a few reasons why RVers will choose certain parks above others, but the biggest ones for us were easy to navigate and informational websites, advertising, good pricing and great reviews. 

Me personally......I'd take about 200K and lend throughout the state.

If you hire an inspector, don't use their person to scope the sewer, find a local reputable plumber, they may know the history of the area and or the building.

@TJ Case this is always a tough thing to me when one person is "the contractor".
