Next, I would send a letter, or go talk to the tenant in person, and let them know that it has come to your attention that they have been smoking "in" the apartment and that per their lease that is not allowed.

I personally prefer to start now, than later.If you can afford a duplex financially with a bank and rent the other half to pay for most of your mortgage, why not?

There are some things that you dont want to learn , sanding floors is high on the list .

I'd not been there for several months as is often the case and didn't know it but they'd instituted a new policy where buyers need to show an official ID when going up to pay after winning that bid, this due to the goofs who were wholesaling or whatever and would put their 10% down and then use whatever name, so they could then simply call their buyers and find whoever wanted to buy it and then that person would show up for the confirmation hearing and pay the balance.

I personally never used efax, but I know some people who use it.

Hello friends,I am a new BRRRR real estate investor working and living in Germany.Just incorporated LLC in US and willing to buy my first rental property soon, The question here is the "Refinancing" part, As far as I learned that I cannot refinance unless I have a credit score, right?

Being on all those different upcoming subdivisions I asked a lot of questions and learned a bit, but I knew I wasn't making enough to get started with my realestate journey.

RR has some very nice product .. however one just needs to look at any real estate venture with the same due diligence you would buying a home to live in.home inspection verify neighborhoods etc.My personal Experience with Zach the owner has proven over time he is very diligent in making sure his product and staff are on top of his clients investments.. that all said its still real estate so keep that in mind as well. but as for integrity Zach has it from my point of view.
