All foreclosures are based on gross fraud, forged signatures,fake documents, corrupted judges who are criminals working for the bankers.The same goes for the attorneys.This country doesn't have the lawyers, and public officials are not following the law.Not the common law not even their own fake, UCC code color of law.BAR attorneys are foreign agents trained to destroy American people and American Constitution!

Boostly is good but they have been struggling to get people's sites up and going.

That is the question you need to answer as there will come a day when this will happen.Key to owning real estate is cash position, if you have cash available to you, then you can survive the storms, most people go under because they lack cash, not because they lack equity. 

I was thinking of selling, then buying a property to build on, while investing else where, but Im just wanting to get opinions from what other people think of the situation and how it compares to the whole market entirely. 

They don't have people actually going behind and checking. 

Mostly car collectors, people with large RV's ( read Custom Bus)., or people with boats and jet ski's that need stored in the winter.

People think if they can afford the down payment that they can afford the deal but even in deals where the purchase is 90k or less you will still need to be liquid 25k because you figure:15k to close5k to front contractor to get started5k (6 months holding costs)Insurance and Misc costs: 2kSo you see the life cycle can cost 25k+ even on a small deal. 

I assumed these people were great.

I want to focus on helping people in the foreclosure or auction stage.

Haha this is why this situation is so confusing - many people with differing interpretations!
