That can be a mess, hope you're organized

I am a beginner just starting out, but I saw there are a good amount of real estate investment organizations in the area.

I was told some properties foreclosed the people who get first dibs are those in not for profit organizations and federal.  

That of course will take more time and more work on your part but it is a good way to naturally and organically grow your website without having to hire some sort of SEO professional or service unless you want to learn SEO.

Right now, I am taking more time to brush up  and organize / automate our personal finances and build more cash cushion / safety net.  

I am thinking of starting a blog as a way to organize my thoughts and ideas for further digestion, as the blog format allows for the easiest chronological and keyword organizing.

I'll bet there's a similar organization near you.  

One organization is even offering to lend us the funds for the boot camp at 10% over 3 years.There is another site that I came across and they are only asking for $97.00 for the course.
