Hello BP Family,

My name is Shanda Laws, I am new to the Atlanta, Ga area & I am officially starting on my path to becoming a real estate investor! I've researched & researched & researched some more & now it's time for me to take action or I will just keep on researching!! 

I will focus first on wholesaling, then on to flips, & next buy & holds. 

I love this website! I look forward to interacting, learning & hopefully being able to give back to others thru my experiences. 

I am currently locating & researching empty properties, I have started compiling my buyer's list. I am great at marketing & public relations, interior decorating & staging. I'm also a great researcher & am very organized. I welcome opportunities to learn from & perhaps be of some service to others on this path. 

I have wanted to do this for a long time & now is the time for me to do it!!
