Can anyone provide some insight on the cost per square foot for a builder (not the end user) to build a two-story house in Orange county, CA? 

Don't get me wrong, I am not making any accusations, but isn't it funny how I find this deal, try working with a finance officer and give her ALL the info on why it is a great deal, I did all the leg work, and "someone" just snatched it away.
