I've read that some folks on BP have been successful in getting this type of loan, but I cannot confirm this information. 

At any rate, I always encourage folks to try it out if it's not that big of an inconvenience to the tenant.

Hi folks,I am under contract for a single family in Indianapolis.

Some folks would say not to take out more than you have invested.

Hard to imagine legislation coming out that would harm these folks, especially since these are the very folks with (thanks in part to me and my ilk :P ) lots of money to donate to political campaigns.

@Becky Brown I manage about 50 doors in Gary at the moment and it's not as bad as most of these folks are saying.

I've never done it personally, but talking to folks that have, it seems like it would be around the same price to refinish them versus putting down laminate or vinyl plank (especially factoring in install labor).
