I was born and raised in Marietta (East Cobb) and have extensive knowledge of the schools, neighborhoods, areas, etc.

Very poor and dirty neighborhood out of multifamily buildings, class C-D, couple vacant small apartment buildings in the area.

These listening forums are intended to reveal how HUD might make its primary rent subsidy program more accessible and acceptable, specifically in higher opportunity neighborhoods where landlord participation is lowest. 

You probably won't get 50% flipping in Florida either you might get 10% with a rental in Florida but it would probably be in Jacksonville or the panhandle and may be in a lower class neighborhood.

It is a neat place but the people I talk too are more interested in Westwood, Cheviot, and similar neighborhoods further west.  

Is it an upscale neighborhood where a new roof might affect rent prices?

Looking for references for good property management company in Austin neighborhood in Chicago area.

What neighborhood are you in?

It is a duplex located in a mostly single family neighborhood.

Since the property is 4 hours away, I assume you will need full property management which should be in the neighborhood of 9-10% of rental income for a property of this size.
